The protagonists of this adventure are Gian Paolo Repetto and his wife Marina.  Gian Paolo, born into a family of farmers and raised in the countryside, initially decided to devote himself to his passion for mechanics and technology by founding a company operating in the sectors of plastic and metal processing. The values acquired during his youth in the countryside and shared by his wife, such as the ability to solve problems and the sense of community, never ceased to remind him of his deep love for the land.

The call of home and the unique charm of the Tortona Hills, where the vineyards touch the horizon, have done the rest: nature and technology, first two sides of the same coin, now find the perfect synthesis in Vigneti Repetto, which aims to use the most modern techniques to reduce the use of sulphites and harmful products in cultivation and cellar techniques and arrive at technologically advanced and sustainable agriculture.

This is not just a land: it is home. The pure air, the temperate climate, the fertile soil and, above all, the love of the men who cultivate it make these hills in the province of Alessandria, on the border with Lombardy and Liguria, devoted to viticultural and fruit farming, truly unparalleled. .

Thinking that technology is the best resource to eliminate chemistry and consumption both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the company has decided to vinify Timorasso using a winemaker created by a Piedmontese start-up, formed by the Elegir brothers, who with great initiative and competence one engineer and the other oenologist gave birth to VinoOxygen. This allows to vinify without decanting, so as to reduce sulphites to a minimum without risk to quality, as well as drastically limiting the consumption of water, for washing after racking. Vigneti Repetto is a member of FIVI, the Italian federation of independent winegrowers or the association that can best represent small producers who believe that quality can only be achieved by scrupulously following all the stages of the process that leads to obtaining the wine, starting with the rooted vine. up to the bottle.
